( FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ) Q.1 When will I receive my order?
A. Upon placing an order you will receive an immediate order confirmation.
We may phone or email you if we have any questions, or information for you related to your
purchase/order.
Goods/order will be dispatched usually on the same day or next morning after the order is received.
Weekend orders are dealt with on Monday mornings.
Q.2 What if I need to return an item?
A. Just follow the instructions on the convenient form that is enclosed with your order or call (08) 9250 1698
or email us.
Q.3 Delivery Option? (local and country areas)
A. Perth metro area - allow up to 3 working days.
Central West, South West and Goldfield areas allow up to 5 working days.
North West areas allow up to 7 to 10 days.
Normal delivery charges apply:
Approximately 10% of the total value of the order.
NOTE:
Babyzone reserves the right not to send an order if freight charges are more than 10% beyond the estimated and
quoted amount.
